Software Engineer

 

ProMik GmbH is an internationally operating company with headquarter in Nuremberg, Germany. There we develop and manufacture tools and systems for programming of embedded and stand-alone Flash memory devices. Our product portfolio ranges from tools for development and quality departments at our customers to fully automated systems for electronic manufacturing. Our highly skilled development team designs innovative solutions, standardized as well as customized, meeting and exceeding highest requirements of the automotive industry.
In order to cope with fast growing markets we’re continuously expanding our engineering community and have several open racks to be staffed.

Your skills and responsibilities

  • Highly skilled knowledge of C/C++ language with good understanding of related hardware down to chip level
  • Profound knowledge of modern bus systems offered on modern Microcontrollers and those common in the automotive industry
  • Transformation of customer’s specification into high-quality software algorithms and integration of software and hardware in cooperation with our hardware development team
  • Fluent English
  • Open-minded, communicative and team oriented
  • Several years of experience in relevant job functions; still graduates are welcomed, too.

 

Education

  • Academic degree in Electronics, Computer science, Information technology or comparable education
