SPC58 E line automotive microcontrollers offers outstanding performance with up to 3 cores and up to 6 Mbytes of embedded Flash memory as well as separate SAR and sigma-delta ADCs ensuring speed, accuracy and high-resolution sensing. The performance lines support high operating temperature and ensure augmented connectivity capabilities through a rich set of communication interfaces including Ethernet, FlexRay, CAN FD, LIN, and SENT.
In terms of flash programming, JTAG debug interface can be used for the initial programming of the software. ProMik realized several project in the past where complex programming strategies were developed, involving MCUs of the SPC58 familiy

All devices of the STM8A product line provide the following benefits: reduced system cost, performance and robustness, short development cycles, and product longevity. The system cost is reduced thanks to an integrated true data EEPROM for up to 300 k write/erase cycles and a high system integration level with internal clock oscillators, watchdog, and brown-out reset. Short development cycles are guaranteed due to application scalability across a common family product architecture with compatible pinout, memory map and modular peripherals. The MSP2100NET uses the single wire (SWIM) interface to program the memory. Due to ProMik’s sophisticated flash programming algorithms, the STMAx family can be pe programmed at the MCUs physical limits.
